I honestly don’t think I can recommend Alyse enough for wedding hair and make up in London. I had a beautiful intimate wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall in December 2025 and stumbled across Alyse’s website when searching for a hair and make up artist. Her work appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. From the point of first contact, through to my trial and then onto our wedding day, Alyse has been very helpful with discussing my options and how I wanted to look on our wedding day. Having opted to have a trial, popping to Alyse’s studio, she achieved the look and style I was hoping for. My wedding day make up and hair looked amazing, even better than the trial, it lasted all day despite the unpredictable London weather. I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. A massive thank you to Alyse for making me feel beautiful for our wedding.
Alyse is an absolute professional and instantly makes you feel relaxed, right from the first moment I met her. We had such a special morning together—it truly felt like having a friend do my hair and makeup. I adored my final look, and from the very beginning she was fully invested. Even when I changed my mind after the trial, she took it completely in her stride and understood exactly what I wanted. I cannot thank Alyse enough. She was calm on the day and is incredble at what she does—delivering absolute perfection. I thoroughly recommend her; I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I reached out to Alyse about 6 weeks before my wedding after being let down by another hair and makeup artist. From the first contact, Alyse was so responsive and super helpful, and we managed to book in a trial for the following week. As someone who doesn’t get there hair and makeup done very often, Alyse put me at ease through the whole process and gave me a very natural but elevated look so I looked like myself. Alyse was so organised before and on the wedding day, exactly what you need the morning of the big day! The whole process was amazing and I loved my hair and makeup for the day. Thank you so much, I couldn’t recommend more.
If you are thinking of booking Alyse as your hair and/or makeup artist for your wedding then I highly recommend you do. From the first contact with Alyse to get a quote, right through to the wedding day, everything was seamless and easy. Alyse was really thorough with planning our morning timetable, organising the trial and giving me some hints and tips for a London wedding. We exchanged messages with my inspiration for the day and Alsye talked me through everything and the outcome was exactly as I imagined. Alyse put me completely at ease when I was worried about covering blemishes, which she did an incredible job of. Both my hair and makeup lasted a solid 12 hours plus and didn't budge at all. An assistant also accompanied Alyse on the day and all the bridesmaids commented on what an amazing job she also did. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for flawless hair and makeup on their wedding day.
I had the absolute pleasure of having Alyse as my wedding hair and makeup artist, and I couldn’t have asked for more! She was professional, friendly, punctual - everything you'd hope for. As someone who doesn’t know much about makeup and wasn’t sure what to expect, Alyse walked me through everything at the trial with patience and confidence, and her thoughtful advice helped me feel excited, rather than overwhelmed. I then knew exactly what to expect on the day and was completely at ease. She replied promptly to all my messages and was consistently warm, clear, and reassuring. On the day, Alyse created a look that suited me and our wedding vibe perfectly and lasted all day and night, I felt amazing and was so happy with the result. My bridesmaids, mum and MIL all looked absolutely beautiful too, with so many of us Alyse brought in another artist who was also 10/10. Looking back now, getting ready in the morning was a really special part of the day, with tunes and laughs, calm moments, and great energy, and Alyse played such a big part in that. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
