Greg, Tony and Zachary were great. Tony was able to diagnose the issue and provide a prospective repair solution and Greg did a great job giving us a plan for a possible replacement so we could weigh all the options. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. Zachary was able to remove and replace our HVAC system in what must have been record time. Amazing was amazing to get our heat back even with the holidays.
Me and my husband used this company a few years ago when our AC went out and we signed up to be a comfort club client 3 years ago. The service was fine…however ever since we used this company for that service and maintaining it every year multiple times a year we get harassed with phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails!!! I guess they are selling this spiel about “maintenance”…I don’t want it if I have to be subjected to the constant calls and texts! If I want to schedule an appointment I will contact you! I do not need a call to tell me I haven’t had it done…I know!!! I was at work and my phone rung, I got a voicemail notification and within 30 seconds a text message was sent! What’s next a rep coming to my house?!?!? Today was the final straw, I have told everyone I know to never ever contact this company because they will spam you for years. I’m actually so glad they called because that reminded me to cancel my membership with them due to the amount of spamming they do. Question for the owner or whoever is deciding this is a good method, do you think spamming customers is a good idea? I own a business myself and I would never make my staff do this, it comes off as begging, scammy, and just annoying quite frankly. It’s not the staff fault they always sound pleasant. Pro tip, customers know their schedules not you! They will call when it works for them! This will be my last month having this “comfort club” membership I am cancelling it because if I have to be subjected to this as long as I have it I don’t want it. “Amazing” is not the right name for this company but “Annoying” is!!!
I couldn’t be more impressed with this Amazing’s plumbing service, Dan S. was courteous, respectful of our time, worked quickly to get the job done right. Thank you. Amazing’s techs exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work everything was done thoroughly, professionally, and with the peace of mind knowing I won’t have any future issues. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values craftsmanship and honesty. That culture is seen in the quality of the people that work there, from the techs to the office staff that handles the scheduling calls. The service was outstanding. The two technicians were nice, polite, and very knowledgeable. They were very neat and clean and removed everything with so much ease. Also, they explained everything. They also showed me how to program my thermostat to my phone since lam an old lady not good with computers. They stayed until I understood and didn't seem to mind. My technicians were Austin and Mady. If I have to have any more work done, Amazing is my go-to company. Thank you Austin and Mady.
From the beginning to the end, Amazing did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, they did the job that we requested which in our case was to install 4 ductless AC/heat systems into our very old house. For years we have relied on window units to cool our home. Now, with a touch of a button, we have instant QUIET AC! Overall, a great experience.
