I can’t say enough good things about American Air Conditioning & Heating Co and their amazing tech, Larry! My AC went out in the middle of the night during this brutal 100-degree heat, and I was dreading long waits just to hear back, followed by days before a repair. I was so wrong. By 7:30 AM (that morning) they called me to set up a time, and to my surprise, they scheduled me for the same day! I was expecting 3–5 business days, but Larry showed up at 1 PM and had my AC up and running by 1:30 PM. That means I went from no AC to a cool, comfortable home in less than 14 hours total. Larry was professional, thorough, and quick. He explained everything he was checking and made sure the fix was solid. By the time he left, my house was already cooling down and I couldn’t have been happier. Larry, if you’re reading this—you are the man! Thank you for saving me from this Texas heat. I’m beyond impressed with the speed, service, and professionalism. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

I’m truly grateful for the thorough work that Manuel Ocanas Jr provided. He truly went above and beyond in fixing my HVAC. My coils were thick with debris and he spent his time ensuring they were clean. He even fixed my plenum which was not securely on the unit. My house is already cool. Thanks Manuel!
