I appreciated that we could do paperwork ahead of time via the website. Check in was easy with the QR code. All of the staff were courteous and super time efficient. It was a super easy and very helpful appointment for my 2 year old son and me
Thank goodness for AFC Lookout Valley Urgent Care. In spite of being very busy with the influx of flu/covid cases they were able to see me in a timely manner, perform a thorough exam/review, and have my prescriptions ready at the drugstore as soon as I left the clinic. They provided professional service that is so lacking in much of our medical system these days. Thanks AFC Lookout Valley.
Woke up with bilateral earaches, went into office and was treated quickly and everyone was no nice. The Dr was excellent and explained everything. Im a nurse and was very impressed. I would rather go there than my own PCP where I would have to wait forever with an appointment. GREAT SERVICE!
We walked in with 2 hours wait, but the wait room was nice and quiet. The front desk was nice and gave me a code to check in to do all the paperwork which took less than 10 minutes. We met the doctor who was smart and brief about our daughter's condition. It was a pleasant first time experience.
Arrived early (15 minutes). I was told of at least an hour wait. Luckily, I guess, I was close to a Dollar Tree. The Solv...App allowed me to see the list of active patients (initials only) in real time. 45 minutes later I noticed 2 patients ahead of me in the "scheduled" list, I decided to go back to the office. Still waited 45 minutes. The MA was efficient with BP, O2, and health questionnaire. Only waited about 5 minutes for NP. Thorough visit with her. MA back quickly for near painless blood draw and Flu vaccine. Other than the wait, in my opinion scheduled should be seen prior to walk-ins, it was a very good visit. Would highly recommend.
