I recently had the pleasure of having my furniture delivered by two outstanding gentlemen, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. They handled my furniture with exceptional care, ensuring everything was placed exactly where I wanted it without a scratch in sight. Not only were they efficient, but they were also incredibly friendly, making the whole process enjoyable. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. Best furniture store I have ever been to. We especially appreciated our salesman Russell Berry who was very patient, informative, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Best of all, he did not pressure us. Delivery was on time. I really like that you could see the location of delivery truck in real time. We were also informed by messenger the trucks arrival time. Guys were efficient at unloading and set up. Lastly, we are very pleased with the look and quality of the couches we bought. Five stars!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kevin, my sales consultant at American Furniture. Kevin and I go way back and he always treats me phenomenally. This was another great experience as he helped me decorate my home. My delivery team, Kyle & Tucker, were absolutely phenomenal. They took great care in making sure everything was loaded and unloaded very carefully, and set up just as I wanted it. This has been a wonderful experience. We just had our beautiful American furniture three-piece living room set delivered. Robert and Josh were excellent and highly recommend them for home deliveries. Our salesperson Allie was also excellent and the experience was very good. We bought most of our furniture in the past from American and this is why they are great with customer service as well. Can't wait to start enjoying the new set
Efrain, the sales consultant, went above and beyond with his patience, friendliness and good humor. I spent a lot of time looking at furniture and fabrics and he never seemed to get impatient or rushed. American Furniture has a good selection of high quality furniture, and I’m happy they also had smaller sofas.
