## Exceptional Service Experience with Ruben I recently had the pleasure of visiting a store where I encountered Ruben, and I must say, his service was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Ruben greeted me with a warm smile and a fantastic attitude, ready to assist me. I was there because my glasses were bent, and Ruben went above and beyond to help. Not only did he fix my bent glasses, but he also replaced the nose pads on the spot, ensuring they fit perfectly. His attention to detail and genuine care for his work truly impressed me. I was so pleased with his service that I decided to return with my significant other, who was purchasing her first pair of glasses. Once again, Ruben was there to help, providing the same level of exceptional care. If you’re looking to get your eyes checked and want outstanding service, I highly recommend visiting Ruben. He's truly the best!
Ruben was a wonderful help in picking out frames for an affordable price. He was extremely kind and happy to help me figure out what frames looked best with my face shape and recommend a pair that i hadnt even considered and ended up loving and getting! Ruben made my first experience as an eyeglass customer an enjoyable one. He even recommended that i get blue light lenses and i couldn't be happier with my decision to follow his expertise. Ask for Ruben! He will no doubt make you feel comfortable and at ease with your eyeglass journey!
This would be a 5 star but unfortunately I had a bad experience when checking in. The employee that was processing my insurance said I was not covered, I knew I was as I had the same insurance and had received glasses there twice. I called the insurance, something the employee should have done, and learned I was covered. The insurance rep then called America’s Best and straightened things out. By this time I lost my exam appointment spot and had to wait, not happy about that. My pretest was done by the same employee; she mumbled and spoke so softly I could not understand a word she said. Bad customer service! 🤬 Then I had the exam, Emily Blaney, D.O., was amazing! Always smiling, explaining things clearly - 5 STARS!!! ⭐️ Then on to sizing the glasses, thank goodness for Ruben. What patience! Perfect explanation, he was the best - 5 STARS!!! ⭐️
I recently visited America’s Best and had a really disappointing experience. At first, the person helping me seemed kind and let me know my contacts were in stock. But as they were processing my order, things got confusing. The person checking me out didn’t clearly explain how my eye care coverage was applied and just mentioned different prices in a way that left me pretty confused. Then the manager stepped in, and unfortunately, her tone came off as a bit rude. When I asked about delivery, she sort of condescendingly explained the difference between the types of contacts, as if I should have known all the technical details. It felt dismissive and made the whole interaction really unpleasant. In the end, I left deciding I won’t be coming back. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ve been to the America’s Best in El Cajon, and they’re fantastic, but this location was just the opposite. It’s really disappointing.
I walked in to America’s best on Midway Drive and asked a group of very professional ladies if they can help me fix my eyeglasses. They did so with no charge. Made me feel great. I will make sure to be a customer my next eye check up and prescriptions filled. Thanks ladies at americas best on midway
