The parking lot here is tight because they're in the busiest part of Arden/Arcade. But that just means convenience! Once you've managed to squeeze into the parking lot, you'll find reliable staff who understand tires and can help solve your problems. Honestly, with their warranty to fix or replace my tires when they have problems, I'll never take my car to another tire place again.
Gregory at American Tires was amazing to work with. My partner and I originally came in with a flat tire on the front right passenger side and ended up needing two new front tires, which cost about $400 and was not something we expected to spend. During the service, they also discovered issues with our back tires, which was completely unexpected. Gregory was extremely kind and helpful, kept us updated throughout the process, and worked with us on pricing. He took the time to explain the benefits of having matching tire treads so we could make an informed decision. I recently moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area and have been coming to this America’s Tires location since the move. I’ve brought both my Kia and my Acura here and have never had any issues. This experience further confirmed why I continue to trust this location. I stopped by America’s Tire as a walk-in around noon to purchase and have two new tires installed. The entire process took about two hours, which I fully expected given that I didn’t have an appointment. What really stood out, and the reason I’m leaving this review, is the exceptional customer service provided by the front desk team. While waiting, I watched them assist an elderly, disabled gentleman who was struggling to get up from a chair. The staff members were incredibly patient, gentle, and respectful as they helped him. One of them even walked him all the way to his car, supporting him the entire time. Amazing team!
Great experience with this branch in Arden Arcade. Went in sat no appointment, talked to Austin for consultation about replacing wheels. Very expert opinions on wheel size, fit, and his advices. Scheduld the install the following Monday. Excellent quality oversight by Cameron who ensured correct lug nuts are installed, called me back to remediate the issue, and decided to wave off the cost. That’s owning their minor hiccups. Appreciate their accountability and quality oversight.
Terrible Experience After Tire Rotation – Damaged My Tesla Wheel and Wheel caps I had a tire rotation done at American Tire, and it turned into a complete nightmare. I started hearing strange noises coming from my wheels that I didn’t pay attention at first, it’s getting worse lately, I decided to inspect the tires myself. To my shock, when I opened up all the wheel caps, I found that every single clip on the caps was broken. But it gets worse. One of the rings from the wheel cap had somehow gotten stuck between the wheel, causing visible damage to the wheel itself. I have no idea how this could have happened, but it’s clear that whoever worked on my car was careless and didn’t handle my Tesla with the attention it deserves. Now I’m left with damaged wheels and broken wheel caps, all because of what seems like a lack of professionalism and care from the technicians. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. I expected better from American Tire, especially when working on a high-end vehicle like a Tesla. Followed up Updates: Amazing Customer Service—Issue Resolved Fast!* I had the above issue with American Tire, but the team went above and beyond to make it right! The customer service staff was attentive, and the **store manager personally reached out** to ensure my concern was resolved quickly. Their professionalism and kindness turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. **Thank you** for your outstanding care—I truly appreciate it and will definitely be back.
