Hosted a birthday party here for my son and he loved it! Owner came out and greeted our party along with the manager. Very friendly staff!! Not to mention it was coincidentally same day/time as a tournament and staff still didn’t miss a beat for our party and guests.
Training, as we all know, can at times feel repetitive, predictable, and confined to environments where dogs are already comfortable and familiar. While those foundations are essential, true growth happens when training moves beyond routine and into real-life situations. With that in mind, we made a purposeful shift to challenge our teams in settings that reflect the world they navigate every day. AMF Bowling graciously opened their doors to our Veterans and their service dogs, providing the perfect environment for this next level of training. The results were nothing short of outstanding. Every single dog performed exceptionally well, calm, focused, and confident amid the sounds, movement, and excitement of the bowling alley. They didn’t just meet expectations; they exceeded them, absolutely stealing the show from both staff and patrons alike. Our deepest thanks to AMF Bowling for their understanding, #support, and willingness to be a part of this #mission. Your cooperation played a vital role in advancing the real-world skills and confidence of these incredible #servicedog teams. Together, we continue to raise the bar, for our dogs, our Veterans, and the lives they impact every day.
From the moment we walked in to Airport Lanes, we were in awe! The space was massive and meticulously kept, with a fun and energetic vibe. The staff went out of their way to make sure our time was enjoyable and comfortable. Aimee provided outstanding service and went out of her way to take care of us! We will definitely be back!!!
To start off, I NEVER leave reviews. Almost ever. We had a small kids party (8 kids, maybe 10 adults) for my son who turned 6, and WOW.....the VALUE and SERVICE they provide. We spent $400 (including a $75 tip) and that included 2 hours bowling, $20 game card per kid, TONS of a food (pizza, fried dough, pop, chicken tenders, fries)....but what was MORE impressive was the service! Our host and the other workers were ON TOP of things. They decorated a table with lights that spelled out my sons name, gave us an extra pizza, had game competitions with the kids and gave my son a couple gifts (basketball and stuffie). We have done it all....friend fortress, party city, rainbow roller skating, home parties with pizzas and what not and this was by FAR the best experience AND the best value.
Kids birthday party. Arrival was great and Thomas showed us to our lanes. That's when service stopped. The "unlimited soft drinks" didn't arrive until 7:15pm, 45 minutes after our 6:30pm start time. With this being a children's party and them not having any beverages for the first half of a birthday party is unacceptable. We spent a ton of time in the brutally slow bar lines trying to get pitchers of water for the kids. We saw one food server who appeared to be responsible for all 66 lanes. We shared this same feedback during the party with Thomas and he confirmed what we already knew: the staffing levels were insufficient and there was nothing further he could do. We contacted guest services the next day and they wouldnt provide any credit on our $800 bill, only a small discount if we returned to spend more money on a future visit. Do better.
