My first time visit to Amore very positive. I read the reviews on their website and got to have Dinali do my pedicure. She could not have been better. She worked diligently , timely and made this experience very pleasant.
I went in to get a full set of acrylic and 3 days later 2 nail tips broke off. Then on the 4th day a third one broke off. They were good at getting me back in but acted like it was an inconvenience to redo my nails. And the manager said we wont charge you for the nail redo like she was doing me a favor. Im like well if they were done correct to begin with you wouldnt have to be redoing my nails. Wouldnt recomend going here.
I booked a pedicure (would have taken literally any appointment that fit into 30-45 minutes) confirmed my appointment, and drove 30 minutes—only to be told the provider hadn’t come in because she forgot to block her schedule. No call while I was on my way, No apology- just waiting until I was in front of her to let me know. Just a shrug from the front desk and a dismissive, “Well, she’s leaving now” aloud to the employee on the phone. Lack of basic communication and professionalism.
Denali was so lovely! Very thorough and pedicure very well done!!! Her care and handle was very professional. I appreciated her listening to what color and ideas I wanted for my pedicure. All in all great vibes. Dani also super lovely and welcoming. Very great setting inside their own room for pedicures, away from other team doing different things like manicures. Absolutely recommend this nail spot! 🌸
This might be one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to, period! Carmen did an amazing job with my pedicure! The room for the pedicures is separated from the rest of the place so it’s nice and quiet with relaxing scenery on the tvs and music playing. The quality of my pedicure was amazing and the price is perfect for the services you receive. This will definitely be my go-to spot now for all of my nail care needs!
