Very highly recommended. Art Lucero is very informative, kept me updated all the time and professional. Had some hiccups dealing with insurance and finding parts but they took care of it. The work they did is very good.
I received prompt and attentive service, promises were kept regarding repairs and the date my car would be ready, and we had an overall great experience with Anaheim Hills’s Auto Body. I would return there for future needs and would refer our friends and family there as well.
I highly recommend Anaheim Hills Auto Body. My family has been going there for years and I have sent friends to them, too. The employees are knowledgeable, fair, and efficient. Getting a free quote was easy, and the work they do is wonderful. Great communication and they are a AAA approved location. They are organized, reliable, and know their stuff!
My wife somehow managed to run over a giant landscaping boulder in a parking lot. I was bracing for a repair bill that would be just as massive. Anaheim Hills Auto Body completely exceeded my expectations. Their quote came in much lower than everywhere else I checked. They scheduled me right away at a time that actually worked for me. I was in and out in just a few hours, and they even cleaned up a few other scratches and paint issues while they had the car. Brady, the owner, is one of those people who clearly takes pride in the work and genuinely cares about his customers. I live in San Juan Capistrano and still make the drive because I know I’m going to get honest pricing, quality work, and my car back looking like new. Also, Brewery X is right down the street, so you can grab a beer and hang out while you wait. Not a bad way to kill a couple hours. Highly recommend.
Left my car here for REAR bumper damage. The car was perfectly drivable beforehand. After leaving my car here for two months through no fault of my own I finally picked up my car a few days ago and… #1 They left me without a license plate on my car. They put it in the front seat and I didn’t even notice until after I drove off. I could have been fined so I had to drive all the way back to get it put back on. #2 They left me without a radiator cap on my vehicle. When I drove the vehicle the next day it started smoking and I when I checked coolant was everywhere and the system told me the car was overheating. When I called and asked they got super defensive and didn’t even offer to take a look and help. So very suspicious if you ask me. They claimed “cause my car was a total loss” the INSURANCE claimed that cause they didn’t want to pay the damages not cause that’s actually accurate information. Super manipulative. I also found a random dirty rag inside my vehicle so even more suspicious. I don't know how radiator caps just fly off cars when the car was sitting there and the vehicle “wasn’t touched” My car is now at another mechanic where I have to spend even more money. Don’t go here.
