Went to get my washer fluid motor replaced, originally told me that they had to order it and itd be only a few days. The proceeded to not secure my skidplate back because, "itll be easier when we had to replace it" after my asking multiple times and them assuring me multiple times that it would be fine i left hoping itd all work out. 2 weeks go by and i hear nothing about my part arriving and while im on the highway my skidplate comes loose and i need to lay down on the side on the road to fix it. Eventually i get my washer fluid motor replaced, but they then go on to not secure my skidplate one again, now with missing bolts and push pins. Will not be returning and dont recommend
I had a broken brake line so I made an appointment and had the car towed to AA. They called with follow up within 2 hours and provided details and an estimate of cost. Susan is outstanding. I received 2 more calls with estimates on further issues that I mentioned; all were handled quickly and professionally. The technicians are top-notch. Incredibly, I have NO complaints whatsoever. Will definitely use them again.
Anderson Automotive, as usual, was excellent. Got in at appointment time and service was impeccable. Mentioned my headlights were very dim and dull. The owner himself buffed them out and they look brand new. I cannot recommend them enough!
Nice to find honest auto repair technicians. They fixed my car in less time than they first thought and saved me money. Very friendly. Will bring all cars here from now on. Highly recommend.
You can tell the quality by the amount of customers at this family owned business at anytime. I’d have to say the one word to describe them is integrity. They explained in detail the pros and cons of this particular job. On our Older car. The results were great. Highly recommend! Myles K (Mt Washington)
