THE most Amazing time! We went during the week on Wednesday and had the place basically to ourselves. This entire team of staff was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. We loved the go carts and VR games. Even bowled for a while. I want to personally thank Steven the Manager who checked us in ..gave us the lay of the land and then set us free to enjoy the experience. I can't say enough about the staff. Thank you...my grandtwins loved spending their 10th bday with you. We'll be back!!!
We purchased the Gold Package but were never informed that it would expire after just one day. Because of this, we lost about $100 worth of unused activities (six in total). When we returned the next day to redeem them, we found out they were no longer valid. We brought the issue to the manager, but were told there was no way to help or recover the activities, which was very disappointing. Aside from this issue, the overall experience was okay and most of the staff were helpful. A special shout-out to Sam—she was excellent and provided great services.
Back in July (7/26), my squad and I wanted to do something different, so we decided to try go-karting. Little did we know, the whole place was busy and crowded. Even though we didn’t get to try the go-karts, arcade, or the bowling alley, we had some good drinks with so good talks. Shoutout to my bourbon whiskey brand, Maker’s Mark, only a select few can handle it!
Needed to kill some time in Dallas so we found this place! Glad we did because it was super fun! Tons of arcade games, it made me feel like a kid again. I went with my boyfriend and we’re both competitive people so it was really nice to let loose. The atmosphere and decor were really well put together. The place was very big and spacious. The racing karts were definitely the highlight of the evening. Helmets and safety gear are a given, but it’s pretty short. The karts go SO FAST! I ended up feeling like an old lady because everyone was speeding past me…multiple times lol. Very fun if you’re someone who’s into this type of thing.
My family went over the holiday weekend; we had a nice time. Did the adult race track which was quite fun with sick spots. We did our waivers online before arriving which made the process faster. Some the games were down; some getting serviced. The games with the balls need attention from the staff..skeeball one game had only 3 balls where another had too many. The basketball game same thing…one had no balls, mine had four, my husbands had five; so we added to the game that had none so that our child could play. The games need to be checked. FYI we went30 minutes after it opened; so it was not crowded…which shows the games were not serviced properly. Other than that; the place was cool looking with nice staff. The race track person was very quick at helping drivers that would get stuck. Very comfortable seating area on the top level to watch the racers ✨
