Absolutely AWFUL service. My battery died, so I called AAA and unfortunately had it replaced with this company. They charged me $239 AND a $65 dollar "Difficult Install Fee". The next few days my car would SHUT OFF while it was idling at stop lights. I had no idea it was related to this terrible service. So, NOT knowing what was going on with my car, I took it to the dealership. The dealership informed me that they placed the battery extremely incorrectly and also broke some plastic around it. I had to pay an extra $235 dollars to fix what they had did. So I paid $340 dollars to them just for me to have to pay ANOTHER $235 to get it fixed. I pursued reimbursement because obviously the did something wrong. HOWEVER they are saying THEY are not responsible because I continued to drive it and chose to take it to a dealer! I WOULD have taken in back to them if I KNEW THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. How was I supposed to know they screwed it up??? I don't know how to work on cars? I don't know what wrong or right looks like? How is it my responsibility to KNOW they THEY PUT IT IN WRONG? The dealer took pictures to prove it and I will be following up with AAA or small claims because this is unbelievable.
Had a Jeep Cherokee break down and towed to our shop. It was tight a space so Steve (the tow guy) patiently helped us navigate it amd then pushed it up a slight hill for us. Steve went above and beyond. We appreciate it. That man deserves a raise! If all of Angelos guys and gals got this good of customer service Angelos' is in good hands.
After calling AAA, we were connected with Angelos Towiing. Josue Garcia showed up when he said he would . His patience and and professional service provided was greatly appreciated. he explained thoroughly the problem and what needed to be done. Would highly recommend Angelo's Towing and Josue.
I called AAA tonight because my battery died after leaving my headlights on. Steven C came out two hours earlier than expected and was incredibly generous and kind. He even took the time to clean the buildup on my battery. He also noticed that the filter closure was off and walked me through what had happened, then just fixed it 🙌 I had been talking about needing help earlier today but wasn’t able to get it—so it was such a blessing! So chill, so hospitable, and really went above and beyond. Truly appreciate you Steven.
