I brought my cat Teddy in late on a Friday as he was straining to urinate and was in a lot of pain. They very quickly assessed him and determined it was a urinary blockage and would require a few days stay with them. They were very up front with the cost, and when he didn't require some of the items initially quoted I was refunded for them without even asking. The staff was incredibly compassionate to my baby, and gave twice daily updates. He was also sent home with very detailed instructions on next steps and things to monitor for. I am SO grateful to the staff there for saving my baby. Thank you so much for your skills and kindness to us.
Please if you expect compassionate care and quality of life do not bring your pets here. I brought my shih-zhu in for a seizure, and within minutes I was presented with euthanasia options, without proper explanation or guidance. He wasn’t even in the back yet and you’re telling me to put him down ? The front desk staff, Kala/Kayleen, was very rude and unprofessional, even when I called ahead in a panic on she had an attitude when the call began, her tone was not inviting. Lady threatened to call Animal Control on me while I’m in tears and did not provide all paperwork from visit before I left I just had to call again. One staff member, Beth, was very helpful — she provided the paperwork I was missing, explained my dog’s condition clearly, and ensured I understood what was happening, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I felt my experience was hostile, unsupportive and threatening I would never recommend this place. Kayla tried to embarrass me by implying I couldn’t afford care, even after I refused to pay for additional services I did not consent to. Whether I can or can’t shouldn’t dictate how you can help especially when your office offers payment options. I will not allow myself to be taken advantage of. I wish I had done more research before coming here, but it was a holiday and this was the closest emergency option. Read the reviews for yourself everybody is not lying.
They took great care of our pup, Louie after he had surgery. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. They were easy to access along the way when we wanted to check in or had questions. Thank you!
Thank you all for taking such good care of our Dusty Buns! It was the first night you guys went back to being 24/7 a week I believe. And of course this past Friday evening our Dusty Buns decided to do a kamikaze off our our dresser, land, and then freaked himself out so hard he ran into our closet door, causing a concussion. He was panting and breathing heavy, I brought him in around 8:00 where a worker took him straight back to y’all most likely to make sure he was at least stabilized. Thank God he was okay and got to come home after some oxygen, and injection for swelling, and some TLC from each and every one of you. Thank you SO much again!
I love these people. So kind and patient and sensitive to the fact that you're stressed out if you're having to bring your pet here. I was very fortunate to come on a quiet morning, too, so my kitty and I got lots of attention right away. Cost a bit but worth it for the peace of mind, and the boy is much better now. Great staff.
