My experience here left me speechless. I called sometime last week and spoke with Amanda (I think was her name) and her condescending and rude tone was disrespectful and uncalled for. The store seems great but because of employees like that, it ruins the stores value.
By far one of my favorite locations and that’s all thanks to Selena! the second you walk in she welcomes and greets you like an old friend who you haven’t seen in a while and ensures you leave with all your questions answered!
I love this place! I had been meaning to go for sometime and I am glad that I finally did. They have an amazing selection of supplements and natural skincare. Tried the iconic burger from the vegan café and wow it was delicious. I’m not even vegan and I would make a trip just to get the burger again!
I ordered a quinoa bowl ahead of time over the phone at the iconic cafe. I came inside, paid for it and was told I had to wait about 5 min. People came in and left with their orders and after about 20 min I asked about my order. I was told that she would bring it to me as soon as she received it. Another 10 min later I was called up to get my order. I had to rush to work and did not check it first. Once I was at work my quinoa bowl was all 90% kale and about a tablespoon of chickpeas and the same amount of avocado. It looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed and won’t go back there. I do not know what that fried item was on the left of the plate. It was not good
This is an excellent family owned business. It's a wholesome health shop. Their pharmacy is well stocked with a wide range of vitamins. There's also a small efficient diner where you can get healthy delicious smoothies, while you can also do your groceries shopping. Customer Service is absolutely adorable.
