Extremely dissatisfied in the customer service. The regional manger is a misleading manipulative salesman. Was told a cancelation form would be filled out for me since I just wanted a membership for the summer to walk. Now getting charged an extra month due to the form never being filled out like I was promised it would be. Their WiFi was down the day I signed up and was told it would be filled out for me after it was back up. Now I’ll be losing money because he “doesn’t remember” any of this. Do not recommend going here.
Been with Anytime fitness for over 10 years through various states and countries and this is by far the nicest and biggest gym I’ve ever had the pleasure to train at! Was in Phoenix on business and trained here for three nights and I found myself more sore than I’ve ever gotten on a business trip with the diverse equipment they have here! Gym is so incredibly expansive with brand new and even niche training equipment. If there is a particular piece of equipment you’re looking for at a gym, they have it, I promise. Thanks for a great workout and I’m truly jealous - I wish my local anytime fitness was as nice as this location!
I've actually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Of course, the management lied to them about their mistreatment of me. DO NOT TRUST THESE UNETHICAL JERKS!! Stay clear of this place, the staff is dishonest, they had me sign up for an extra 6 months that they knew I couldn't use, telling me that I could use them somewhere else, or that I could get my money back if I didn't. And now they're going back on that verbal agreement with me. So I wouldn't trust these people as far as I can throw them, and they have the business morals like we see in Washington DC currently. Very clear this place, and because of that I would probably stay clear of anytime fitness! I hear Orange Theory is nice!
I was in Phoenix for one week for a family memorial and needed a place for stress relief. The staff at Anytime Fitness gave me a great deal on a week membership, and were always welcoming and kind to me during a time when I really needed it (thank you so much to manager Nick (?)). I am a member of two nice gyms back home, including one at a university - and I found this Anytime Fitness location to have a fine selection of machines and weights. There was also a staff member constantly cleaning during each of my four visits. I had some great workouts here and never experienced the crowding that others mentioned , even when working out at peak after-work times. Highly recommend!
I recently joined Anytime Fitness on Indian School, and it’s been a great experience so far. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded. I l appreciate the 24/7 access, which makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which helped me feel comfortable right away. Excited to keep going on my fitness journey here!
