I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now. It’s great, inside of a corporate office building, pretty convenient location if you live in downtown. I like the equipment, and specifically the sauna room with the red light therapy. They made really good use of space at this gym to be honest. It’s not as big as a 24 hour or LA fitness but it feels like they optimized the spaces available. All the employees are super nice and the whole cancellation process was super easy too. I’m moving from downtown so I can’t go anymore, but enjoyed the time I spent here. Thanks AF team!
Ross and his team continue to be A1! Gym has equipment for all levels, good crowd while not being busy. Love that it’s 24/7, lot of gyms lost that during COVID. Nice and central location. 2-hour car validation is enough time for a solid workout and nearby meal afterwards. Very personable management, well maintained equipment, good atmosphere. Excited to be part of the membership and looking forward to visiting other locations in my travels.
Ross, the manager at Anytime Fitness, made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, he was personable, welcoming, and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the club. He went above and beyond explaining not just the equipment, but also extra offerings like red light therapy, physical therapy options, and even additional parking in the garage. What stood out most was that Ross clearly values relationships over sales. There was no pressure, just a sincere effort to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, and excited about the space. You can tell he truly cares about members having a great experience. A great reflection of the club and its culture.
I recently ran into some frustrating issues with my membership contract at Anytime Fitness, and I was feeling pretty stressed about it. That’s when Ross, the manager, stepped in and completely turned things around. He was incredibly patient, professional, and understanding as I explained my situation. Ross took the time to listen carefully, review my account details, and work with me to resolve every single concern. He made sure to assist with every need, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process step by step until everything was sorted out smoothly. It’s rare to find someone in management who genuinely cares about members like this – Ross truly made me feel valued and supported. Thanks to him, I’m staying with Anytime Fitness and feeling great about it. If you’re at the Downtown San Diego location, you’re in good hands with Ross leading the team!
I’m so glad I made the switch. This gym has been such a huge upgrade to what I had before. The staff, especially Ross, has been incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. The gym itself is extremely clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality equipment. After my last gym, the difference here is night and day. The members also seem to be more focused and respectful. There’s plenty of equipment, tons of options, and I love being able to come in whenever I want. Definitely recommend!
