After a recent sprained ankle, I needed PT to not only heal but to get my ankle in the best possible shape for an upcoming walking safari through rocky mountainous terrain. I don’t doubt I’ll have any issues thanks to Erica and her team of physical therapists’ help in accelerating my healing process. Erica takes the time to listen to my goals, and recommends the best treatments for each visit as well as home exercises with custom therapy handouts. Apex Physical Therapy is located across from Ghirardelli Square in a beautiful well-lit space with views of Aquatic Park and the Bay which is a bonus perk in the process of healing.

This is my second series of PT treatments at Apex, two years apart (different issues). APEX wowed me the first time, and when the doctors suggested some new PT, there was only one call to make. APEX continues to impress. A very spacious facility with a view across the bay to Marin, exceptionally clean, where all the equipment is maintained in great working order. And most importantly, a dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
