Apple Roofing provided quality service and customer care. The quality of their work and products was superior. Communication was excellent through out the process. The representative who handled our repairs was honest, courteous, professional and always available to answer questions.
Apple Roofing has been wonderful to work with. We had blizzard-related damage to the back of our house. Out of 5 different companies that I contacted, they were not only the first ones to get back to me, they were also the first ones to come out and evaluate the damage (and the ONLY ones confident that they could take on the repairs). They worked with my insurance and advocated for us. They were thorough with making sure things were done right and constantly checking on progress. They’ve done it all: siding, roofing, concrete work, and structural building. Their crews cleaned up after themselves well. We are so so happy with the results! I highly recommend them and plan on using their services again in the future.
Josh at Apple Roofing was my guy!! He was very professional and took care of me from the beginning when he gave me a quote all the way until the end after roof installation was completed! Back office took care of all the claims submission and communicated directly with my insurance company! Made my life so much easier through this provess!! Highly Recommend!!
I read through a ton of reviews when finding a roofing company, so I hope this helps someone! Really smooth experience overall. Nathan was fantastic. We are not knowledgeable in the least regarding roofing and the entire process of what needs done/working with insurance. We had put off getting our roof replaced due to this ignorance, and Nathan's explanations were what pushed us to choose Apple Roofing. I really appreciated the clear communication and explanations on everything. Pricing was reasonable and they weren't trying to charge us more money for unnecessary extras. It was also really quick and we were on a tighter timeline, so that was really helpful. Definitely give them a look for any of your roofing projects!
They were great to work with and answered all our questions whenever we have them. They did a great job installing the siding and cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy with everything.
