We’ve used appliance cowboys a number of times over the years and have always had a great experience. They’re able to schedule us quickly, have great communication, and have always fixed our issues. They even go the extra step to explain how to prevent reoccurrence in the future. Today Angel came to fix our dryer and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We highly recommend using them.
Demetrio and Ray did an amazing job repairing my refrigerator when the fan went out. They cleaned the coils in addition and restored it like new. I I highly recommend their services if you are in need
Demetiry and Rey helped me diagnose an issue with my range vent hood. They thoroughly researched to find the correct replacement part. Demetiry was very communicative during this process. Ultimately, he learned that the part was discontinued. I ordered a new vent hood and both Demetiry and Ray were able to get it installed within a few days of its arrival. I normally dread dealing with house maintenance repairs but these guys made the process so easy. They were both available through text and calls which made for easy scheduling. The ladies in the office are also always very helpful and polite. Appliance cowboys is the first repair/install company I’ve dealt with that isn’t a pain to deal with. You get a human every time when calling. I have already recommended them to people I know and will continue to use for all my appliance needs!
Our dryer wasn’t working and we made an online requests. Appliance Cowboy sent Angel out the next day and he did a great job!! Angel was good at keeping us updated on his arrival. He did a very thorough job diagnosing issue, fixing issue, and vent cleaning. My dryer looks brand new again and so far it works well.
Appliance Cowboys came out for our Sub-Zero refrigerator repair. Our freezer was over freezing and had too much frost buildup. Our refrigerator was not cooling enough. Marco was our technician, and he fixed all the issues within a few hours. Great customer service and I will use them again in the future.
