I had an excellent experience with this pest control company, especially thanks to James Hubbard. His customer service was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to receive service this great, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend!
Tech texted timely and arrived timely. Text stated he would like to do the inside first. He asked if i had any issues that needed addressing. I texted back "ants". Instead of parking in front of my house he parked directly in front of my mailbox on the side of my property. Mail normally comes about the time he came, so i asked him to move so the mailman could access the box. He started on the outside so i just thought he decided to do that first. Approx 15 minutes later I received a text that he was done. I looked out and vehicle waa gone. Texted him and asked what about the inside. He said i didn't tell him I had any issues. And he didn't have time because he had 14 other jobs to get to. I called the main number and relayed the situation. They scheduled another tech for tomorrow. Now I have to wait on someone again. He sprayed my front windows with something. Now the windows need hosing off. Never seen them spray the glass before. Usually around the windows. I didn't see what else he did outside. Just started aptive a few months ago. So far I am not impressed. Paying 75 a month amd they have only done the inside once.
Stay away from this company, I scheduled them to come out and had to cancel due to a family emergency, they re-schedule and next thing I know I have an over due bill for $59.54 and they said it’s because I have a month to month agreement. They have never been to my property and I have never signed any agreement. Working with them to try and get it figured out was nightmare. No one could tell me why I was charged other than that I agreed to be charged month to month. When I asked for a supervisor, they all stepped out. What was interesting was that she had to talk to a supervisor about why I was charged and when I asked to talk to the supervisor, they happened to step out. Worst customer service ever.
Not very happy with my last service. I spent a good part of the following day cleaning the windows the tech covered in repellent
My service provider today was very personal and professional. He informed me of what he would be doing today and his process of working from back to front. I really appreciated that. Because of his knowledge, his friendliness, and expertise, we upgraded to the full service. You need more like him.
