While I was in Lubbock I toured the Arcave and tried a couple of games. I was quite impressed with what was available, large new games and humongous bouncy houses,snack shop, even a private nursing bathroom. The highlight was the adventure games (similar to escape rooms). Great detail went into these rooms, eight rooms all together within 3 different buildings. Volcano, Mansion and Bank with possibly more to be added. Perfect for parents and children to spend time together and figure out the levels. Parents can also opt to sit on the massage chairs if not interested. Everything was at a great price, kids can play all day and get tired, several wonderful photo ops. Glad to see something new in Lubbock. Highly recommended!

We only went for the escape room so that’s all this review is on. The employees seemed a bit confused about them as well or at least weren’t able to explain very well how they even worked. They don’t run like a normal escape room it’s short bursts. You have just a couple of minutes to get to the next room or it will kick you out and you have to redo everything which got very old by the time we did the first 1-2 rooms so many times. There were only 3 open and 2 really seemed broken (one had absolutely nothing you could move and nothing was written anywhere (we suspect a kid took what it was written on?) that was the haunted house. The other kept malfunctioning (the bank), like the lights would randomly turn off and we had to just leave to try again but they had to reset it. At one point during one of those incidents an employee came to help and literally started telling us the answers, which we kind of wanted to do ourselves. The third room (something with dinosaurs) worked great and was pretty fun. Definitely not the best experience for escape room only. The arcade and whatnot appears like that would be fun but we didn’t go for that.

We took our 2, young teenage kids, to the ARCAVE to celebrate a birthday and expecting to be able to do "several escape room". Per the description online, it was going to be 10.95 per person for an hour of unlimited escape room experiences. Upon arrival, I told the young girl what I was wanting and she appeared to know what I meant. I went to get clarification and none of the staff could help. One told us that the 10.95 deal was only during the week. This was not stated online. However, when we got to the rooms, we discovered we paid 40+ dollars to only be able to do 2 rooms, lasting 3 minutes each. This is the BIGGEST SCAM I have ever seen! The staff was clueless, the manager wouldn't even come talk to me and half the stuff was broke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Now I have a super disappointed teenager.

I have 5 kids plus my niece that I take at least one a month here! There is so much to do!!! All my kids, ages 5-14, absolutely love it. There’s a super clean and entertaining bounce house section, AFFORDABLE arcade section that is super fun with lots of variety, and a variety of escape rooms that are SO much fun! They are very theatrical, you can tell a lot of effort was put into creating these.They have an indoor “park” area with huge dinosaurs that move and make noises. My 5 year old was convinced they were real lol. I have kids with special eating restrictions so I’m so grateful they allow outside food. This is the spot!!! I’m telling you you’ve got to come check it out! Affordable family fun!
