I walked in today without an appointment and was immediately taken back. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who did my threading was very kind, quick, and gentle and did a great job!! Very happy with my results and will definitely be back :)

I had one of the worst experiences at Arc and Brows in heritage trace park way, Fort Worth. I rushed there right after work, on my way to travel, arriving just before closing — within 10 minutes of their stated hours. The lady agreed to do eyebrow threading, which usually takes only 5 minutes. However, from the moment she started, she kept murmuring about the time and worked in a rude, careless manner. When I politely asked her to be gentle, she responded aggressively, saying that since my hair was long, it would hurt. Instead of adjusting her approach, she continued even more roughly. As a result, I left with multiple cuts all over the skin around my eyebrows. I cannot express how unpleasant and unprofessional her behavior was. If she didn’t want to take the service so close to closing time, she could have kindly declined, rather than rushing through it and treating me so disrespectfully. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.
