We were looking for a jewelry shop that could repair my wedding ring. My husband found this place. He went and took my ring to get repaired and resized. We picked up the ring today and we are beyond grateful for the service and the great work they did to it. Definitely going back. Thank you!
Needed to have a couple of links removed from a new bracelet Christmas gift that was purchased elsewhere. I was helped by Sandy when I arrived. She quickly resized the bracelet and said “no charge” with a smile. Thank you for your professionalism and skill!
Had Angelo look at some very old jewelry I got from my dad years ago, super helpful, explained his process so thoroughly and was just a delight to work with him! Things I thought weren't all that valuable turned out to be and he even referred me to a local watch shop for advice on some old pocket watches too. And pieces that were just costume jewelry and so ones he couldn't buy due to not really valuable Angelo was so nice on sharing how pretty they were just not necessarily worth a lot. He bought the valuable pieces from me too on the spot since I was happy to sell them for the amount offered while I was there. A delightful experience.
My sister-in-law gave me her mother-in-law's ring because she knew I loved pearls. Yep, that's a mouthful. And, it was devastating to me that after years of wear, i knocked the pearl clean off on a hike. (Yes, I took that hike 2x that day...pearl nowhere to be found) The empty ring sat in my case with my original wedding band while I wore my plain band I bought here just for the purpose of hiking. Oh, the irony. For Valentine's this year, I thought I'd get it back up and running, and Arden did not let me down. I got a great price and a beautiful new pearl. Ring back on my finger in just days!! This may very well be my go-to jeweler when I need honest, fair jewelry help!! I'm so happy!
