We recently hosted our child’s birthday party here, and it exceeded all expectations. Our party host, Muhammad, was exceptionally supportive and engaging with the children, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The highlight of the day was the snow room, which the kids absolutely loved. A fantastic experience overall.
Gary provided us with exceptional customer service and took our raiding experience from a 10 to a 100. Area 51 is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Akky turned our leap of faith into a leap of joy 🌸
I had a very good experience over the weekend with my son being invited to a party and was overwhelmed by the amount of activities that was in this place. I highly recommend recommended to all parents to go with the children and also for party events most special. I even joined in with my son with a whole bunch of activities even Enjoyed myself quite a lot! The team is very good over there as well and they are very caring and understanding to the different age groups of children that come through there and think that these guys are fantastic at what they do!! keep up the good work guys!!
Likely great for kids, but don’t believe the message that there’s stuff for adults. The ninja course is the same as most children’s playground. The high ropes ain’t that high, and is packed with little kids. We were first in line for the climbing walls after waiting 10 minutes, but then the guy called the little kids in behind us first. That’s the thing, this place really is meant for kids. We had no idea. The advertisements made it sound like there’s adult areas. We paid $130 for three people for two hours but only stayed 40 minutes. I wish we could have gotten our money back. And I wish they were forthcoming that their description of adult activities is a massive stretch. For example, in the “ninja” section, I could walk the monkey bars while holding on (and I’m super short. 5ft5). The trampoline park is shared with little toddlers that would be knocked the hell about if we got on. Absolutely rubbish and waste of money if you’re aged 14+. RESPONSE TO AREA 51’S REPLY: Area 51 fails to understand that my issue wasn’t with children present, but the false advertising. Going to an adult only night would make zero difference, except, maybe for the point about the trampoline or the worker letting kids cut lines (he literally used the word “cut” when he directed them in front of us). Area 51 claims there’s a ninja course. There isn’t. What they’re trying to pass off as a ninja course suitable for adults is actually a few monkey bars and ladders that someone as short as me can walk freely across the ground while grabbing each bar. And a short flying fox style rope thing (bigger and scarier at your local park). Literally can find their “ninja” course at most children’s playgrounds for free. The high ropes are several balancing beams with guide ropes about 10 metres in the air. The “mega” slide is just a tall slide 🤷♂️ . The orbit riders and vr stuff cost extra 😂. Also the climbing walls? Three of the walls were closed. You spent most of your time wasted in line. Area 51 hits back saying to make sure next time I book adults only for “the adventure you’re after.” Again I emphasise: it would make zero difference. If you’re expecting to be challenged on a ninja course or high ropes or climbing walls, you’ll be surely disappointed if you’re over 14 years of age. For example I’ll upload image from Area 51’s own Facebook page of their so called “ninja course” and their Insta. There’s literally small kids about 10cm off the ground, demonstrating it really isn’t for adults and no way is it a ninja course🥹 Again, great for kids. Have a 10 yr old? You’ll have a blast doing the activities with them. But it is entirely misleading to say these activities are suitable for adults. If your group is made up of 14+, you’re not getting any challenge or thrill. It’s not designed that way. Save your money, go to a proper high ropes course or rock climbing facility. ‘51 is a total scam to be charged so much money for something my group and I could get free at the local park.
We want to a Birthday party at Area 51 Underwood and it was fantastic, there was a staff member who toured the party guests around and kept track of them from activity to activity. So many things to go and a wide range of activities. My husband got me a coffee and I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The only issue was the heat but we kept our son well hydrated. Will go back again.
