No punctuality, if you schedule an appointment make sure you do not work that day because they do not show up on time. They scheduled me for 9am & we received no courtesy call to at least say they will be late or any type of rescheduling, I am a very understanding person, I am considerate that these employees might have a lot of work and sometimes they might take a little longer doing jobs, but to not show up at all is crazy. People have lives and other things to do rather than have to wait for them. Also, make sure you get prices through text, I was quoted $75 just to unclog a bathtub which could’ve been done with less than $10 with a Walmart tool. Only reason why I didn’t do it was because I was not in town. They ended up charging me $186, I don’t see how even a deaf person would confuse the sound of $75 to $186. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Very disappointed, I waited all day for service an was told not to worry they would show up for service replacement, I would have been okay if they said they couldn't make it or even a call to reschedule but nothing. Hopefully the can work on better communication in the future. I'm not a customer nor would I be in the future.

By far the worst service I have had from anyone around Laredo. They made an appointment to be at my house at 9 am. Nobody showed up at 9 so I waiting and called the office at 10:30 am. They told me they were sorry but it would be after lunch. I was very polite even though they wasted my entire morning. I called again at 2 pm because once again nobody showed up. The lady in the office told me “ they had lots of jobs” and couldn’t make it today. What kind of business does this? I wouldn’t use them to take out my trash!

Hired them to fix a leaky faucet that had been "fixed" previously by another service and still leaked. They came quickly, worked well, and was worth the little bit extra money. On the other hand, their office management said they'd get back to me for estimate on further work, and still haven't called, but they deserve a separate rating from the workers.

Franchement, je n’en sais pas vraiment comment ils fonctionnent, mais le simple fait de ne pas pouvoir donner de devis après 2 semaines en dit long ! Ils sont venus chez moi pour voir combien ils factureraient et tout ça, mais ils ne m’ont jamais donné de prix ni rappelé après que le "boss" lui‑même m’a dit qu’il me rappellerait lundi… ça te dit tout sur l’entreprise, qui n’est même pas capable de parler à un client des tarifs après qu’ils ont pris des photos et tout. 👎👎👎💩💩 Je ne le recommanderais pas du tout. Je peux imaginer s’ils avaient commencé à travailler et avaient juste quitté et que vous n’en auriez plus jamais entendu parler… ils semblent être ce genre d’entreprise… bah, les gens, car on dirait même pas que c’est une entreprise.
