Must do when in Phoenix/ Scottsdale!! We've taken several food tours, and this is hands down the best. Zach, owner and tour guide, met us right on time, told us what to expect from the tour, and led us valiantly! We had 5 stops- Mission restaurant (helote corn and chic tinga taco), AZ88 (flat bread, house potato chips and bacon wrapped water chestnuts), Yellow Spruce coffee roasters (cold brew), Aridus wine tasting (white, rose and red), ending with gelato at Gelato Cimmino. All business were locally owned and ready for us. The tour ran smoothly for 3 hours. As we walked from place to place, Zach told us the history of Scottsdale. Highly recommended!!

A food tour is a great way to get some history on a city or town and flavor. Zach was great - he sent a reminder text the morning of setting expectations for crowd size and parking which enabled everyone to arrive on time. All the spots we visited welcomed us like royalty lol Great pairings and options. The gelato at the end sealed the deal. Learned a lot about Scottsdale too! It was a perfect day for sure. I napped so well after! Thanks Zach - this was a treat for sure. Would have had more pics but was too busy digging in!

Fabulous food tour with Zach! Our party of 4 had a great day. We have been on many food tours and agree that this was the best! Zach is energetic, entertaining and knowledgeable. We loved learning the history of the area and the food and cocktails were incredible! Zach has deep ties to the Scottsdale dining community and his connections provided us with terrific service and delicious food. Tour was so good that we are going back next week with our next group of visitors. So many great things to do in Scottsdale, but you must put this at the top of your list!!

We had the best time on our walking food tour with Arizona Food Tours! Huge shoutout to Tom, our awesome guide — he let us wander at our own pace, answered all our questions, and shared so many cool Scottsdale facts I’d never heard (and I’ve lived in AZ for 18 years!). The food stops were all amazing and thoughtfully picked. Zach, the owner, was great to work with — super friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for both visitors and locals! It’s the perfect way to eat, explore, and support some amazing local spots.

Zach and AZ Food Tours are the real deal! We did a private food tour in Scottsdale on my bachelorette party with 11 girls and it was AMAZING! We hit four different spots, had plenty of food and great drinks, and never felt rushed. Our guide, Zach, was the absolute best— personable, funny, and super knowledgeable. He made the whole experience feel easy and fun (and kept our big group on track). Highly recommend this tour for literally anyone, whether it’s a girls trip, family outing, or just hanging with friends. Such a fun way to eat, drink, and explore Scottsdale!
