***UPDATE 01.02.26*** While I understand I asked for a chin length bob, this wasn't a NEW nor DRASTIC cut for me. It's not a shock to me for the length. It's not a new cut. I have had a short bob since July 2025 now. We cut off a max of 1, MAYBE 2 inches taken off of my hair. What I do not appreciate is the very CLEAR different lengths on each side and the crazy unevenness of the bottom layers. Replying to my review and missing that exact reason for the review just shows how little accountability they will take with this and now I am giving them 1 star for that. I want to make things clear. I did ask for a chin length bob, but I actually said slightly under the chin. What I did not ask for was a lop sided bob. If I wanted sides that were extremely and noticeably uneven, I would have asked for that. It was not made apparent how uneven my hair was until I went home and straightened it more. To not take accountability when I provided evident proof of the uneven lengths is wild to me. Take your money else where. ------------------------------------------------ I’m giving them 2 stars because it was clean and they were friendly. But my hair is not how i imagined it would be. Once i got home, i wanted the ends straightened more and that’s when i realized inconsistencies with length, volume, and grace framing. My hair unfortunately is 2 different lengths on each side. There were strands that were longer than the rest of my hair that needed immediate attention, and the cute isn’t straight all around. The layering is fine but the density doesn’t match either. I’ve been trying so hard to love it as I’ve gotten compliments on it. However, i can’t. I’m extremely unhappy with the quality of the cut and haven’t been this upset over my hair in years. I tried different parts to see if that helped the uneven lengths on the sides, I’ve tried styling it differently. Nothing has helped. Sadly I won’t be coming back to this shop. I had high hopes based on reviews and the closeness to my home.
Hello I previously wrote a review about my bad hair cut but I called and told them and I was happy and my hair was chopped and they very kindly said I could come in and they would fix it and Molly is the one that Made my hair look way better she corrected the choppiness and now it looks smooth. Molly corrected the job but Leanne was the one who messed but Molly fixed my hair very well. The first picture will be the messed up and the second one will be the one Molly fixed overall I’m very happy and will be going back to Molly
Moved to the area recently. Easy to get appointment. Discounts for seniors. I have been back twice because I am pleased with my hairstyle, the price is reasonable, and the stylists are personable. LeeAnn was given my initial appointment. She listened to what I like (short) and looked at photos of how my hair was cut before. It is difficult to change stylists when you move, especially when I had moved from an area where I had the same stylist for 25 years. Give this place a try. It is now my go to place.
My daughter wanted a salon experience more than anything, and Erika absolutely delivered it! I let her know it was my daughter’s first “big kid” appt and that she was really just excited to have it blow dried out. From the shampoo to the end result though, Erika went above and beyond to make this experience for her. Erika made her feel so comfortable- chatted with her the entire time like they had been girlfriends forever, took her time to make sure it was exactly what my girl wanted and she left feeling beautiful. Thank you for making her entire year, you’re incredible!
I had a perm appointment with TARAH and she completely destroyed my hair. It’s been six months and it’s still damaged. She slapped on the perm half-assed, and when she realized how bad she messed up, she didn’t even bother drying my hair so I wouldn’t see the damage right away. Careless, unprofessional and clueless lady. When I asked for a refund which was 200 $ I paid(the least they could do after ruining my hair), they flat-out said they don’t do refunds. Instead, they insulted me by offering a lousy $70 in-store credit, as if I’d even want to waste another cent on their overpriced garbage products. To make it even worse, while I was there, the staff were busy gossiping and complaining about other hairstylists possibly joining their salon. As if anyone could be worse than them. Newsflash: literally anyone would be an upgrade. This place is unprofessional, petty, and downright careless. Do NOT go here unless you want your hair ruined and your money stolen. I ATTACHED A PICTURE OF HOW SHE LEFT ME BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE DID IT HORRIBLE AND WRONG.
