I just completed back two back events with Arizona Party Rentals and my experience was exceptional. We had a couple cliches and Julio and the crew went above and beyond to fix it. They came out in the middle of an evening event and problem solved in the evening. I am beyond grateful for the professionalism and their responsiveness. I won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend corporate give them all raises.

Just hired Arizona Party Rental this past weekend for a Celebration of Life luncheon. They delivered and picked up the tables, chairs and linens as requested. They were professional, communicated well and well priced. I would suggest using to anyone needing party rental supplies!

The price was perfect. The office lady was extremely helpful, and the reservation process was easy. However, when returning the tables and chairs, I had my dog on a leash and let her come in the office with me... the lady there was again amazing. Very welcoming. When we walked out with the paperwork to give to the yard manager, he said his employees were uncomfortable with dogs and asked for me to go back into the truck... It's not the best way to end a great experience... otherwise 5 stars.

Called 11/25/2024 4:20PM Marci was sighing and groaning as soon as she picked up my call. She told me she was busy and that she would prefer if I just told her what items I was interested in renting and she could email me more info about them. I said that was fine and with her permission; I listed off the things I was interested in. She continued to sigh and groan then asked me to just fill out a form on the website instead of speaking over the phone. I asked why she did not tell me that was an option at the beginning of our conversation and she says "oh wow I am not going to argue with you, have a good day". I had no intention of starting an argument with this woman. I just genuinely wanted to know why she let me waste my breath for 15 minutes if she was going to ask me to fill out a form instead. "well it started off as just a quick conversation but now you're asking about 30 different things". I asked about tents, water weights, couches and fire pits. I'm pretty sure that adds up to 4. She also told me she was the only one working but there were 2 other people working with her. I don't understand why she felt the need to lie. I get absolutely nothing from upsetting someone who works for a company I am trying to hire. I was trying to get a better understanding of exactly what services and items you offer because there are no prices or ways to check availability on the website. I was not asking stupid & obvious questions. I was being very straightforward, she just was not interested in helping after a couple minutes. I understand being overworked but projecting your frustration with your job on a prospective customer is so unnecessary. My feelings are genuinely hurt and I really hope she doesn't do this on a regular basis. The website looks so professional, I expected more from the employees. I actually spoke to a different person a few days ago and she was fantastic. I think her name started with an A. (Amayah?) I was hoping to speak to her again but my I was unfortunately connected with Marci. Since I wasted 15 minutes of my life on the phone taking another 5 to write this was an easy decision. I hope someone gives Miss Marci some much needed customer service training.

Nous n’aurions pas pu être plus heureux de la manière dont Arizona Party Rental a géré les dispositions pour la réception de mariage de notre fils. Les mariés voulaient que leur réception ait lieu au Dillinger Brewing Company, ce qui nécessitait une grande tente dans le parking adjacent à la brasserie pour accueillir 100 à 120 invités. Gilbert de Arizona Party Rental est venu à la brasserie pour mesurer la zone et nous aider à déterminer quelle taille de tente conviendrait à l’espace disponible. Il savait exactement ce qui était nécessaire, de l’éclairage à la clôture appropriée pour étendre les locaux afin de répondre aux exigences de la licence d’alcool. Tout a été installé et démonté exactement comme promis. C’était parfait. Merci à Arizona Party Rental pour ce travail bien fait !
