Everyone from the front desk to the nurses out back were great and friendly. I was in and out in great time. The medical person that helped me out was named Mathias. He was super knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. 5 stars. -Uhaul guy
This has been one of the best places I have trusted to visit with my child! In and out and always able to get an emergency appointment with an amazing young female doctor who my child feels comfortable with! Nina (check in receptionist) is amazing,I was happy to see a familiar face working as the first person whom we connect with! She’s had years of experience and she has amazing customer service so that was a plus! The Doctor we see is always the most caring, sweetest, patient and sympathetic doctor of them all! We are always in and out and she covers everything!
Staff were all very friendly and professional. I was only there for a physical which was very thorough and went smoothly. Wait time was within a few short minutes. I appreciated that the staff strictly abided by HIPAA privacy rules—I didn’t overhear any discussions about other patients’ conditions. Spotless facility; smooth, efficient walk-in process - I would recommend this urgent care center.
Everyone from the receptionist to the needed were kind and professional. I got there earlier than my appointment and waited less than 15 minutes with my sick kid and they were thorough when we were seen. I saw they were also efficient and caring for others who were there. Definitely keeping them for the future and so glad they are in the community.
As someone who was visiting from out of state, I am glad I chose Armistice Urgent Care. Online scheduling and form completion was user friendly. Check in was easy. Wait time was only 5-10 minutes. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner provided very helpful information regarding the pain I was experiencing in my knee.
