Whoever is working the register today should learn some customer service skills EDIT: Actually I tried asking for other stores that didn't have a ridiculous policy requiring a license to buy dip powder and acetone that I can buy down the street at Sallys without one, and the clever cashier responded "Well that is this store's policy" verbatim, with attitude, and at that point I had it with that interaction and walked out... Additionally, I called the store twice in the last 72 hours asking questions about the dip powders available, very clearly not sounding like a nail tech or nail professional, and neither employee happened to mention the ridiculous policy, again to buy dip powder, so I wound up wasting my lunch and time today coming to your store to shop to then be met with hostility, unwelcomeness, poor customer service, and no solution to my problem.
I love to go to this location. The staffs are always be there to help you. Thank you, Topher and the all the team. You are amazing!!!
Wonderful staff. Always responsive when I need any kind of assistance. Agreeable whenever I've needed to do a return, so long as product is unopened.
Such an AMAZING experience their customer service is the top of the top! As a cosmetology student I am grateful for Erika being able to help me! She was patient and more than happy to help me with many (trust me when I say many lol) questions I had. You can tell she is passionate about her job. It is always a pleasure to go back to a place where they really care about you as a consumer. I will be a loyal customer!
