I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Dean and his team at Arnica. After conducting thorough research and obtaining multiple quotes for replacing a unit in my bedroom, Dean's site visit was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism and meticulous attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable. The installation was even completed ahead of schedule, which was a delightful surprise. Dean took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that I knew how to operate the new unit. Overall, my experience was truly exceptional, and I would not hesitate to seek their services again in the future.
Great service. I was on the phone personally with the owner and he gave me a fair price and explained the mechanical details. Rosette Lauro coordinated everything perfectly. The guys came in and banged out the whole job in 4 hours. It was 2 Mitsubishi split systems put into our offices. All good. Much more comfortable now.
We found Arnica through Mitsubishi’s certifications. We had them come do a check up (which was not done by the prior owners so it had been several years); George didn’t try to upsell and did a great job. We asked them to come back to replace a thermostat and to install some surge protectors. Ordering the products took a couple of weeks, but it was not an urgent job and the busiest season for them in the dead of summer. They were on time, on budget and successfully completed all work. We will be using them for annual maintenance and any repairs moving forward. Thank you Laura and George!
Arnica did a complex job in my condo that involved 2 condensers feeding 6 ceiling cassette units. I met with the owners, Simone and Dean, who helped design the system and they were very helpful and patient in answering my questions. The pricing they provided was the most reasonable of several companies I spoke with. During the project, all of the technicians that worked on-site were friendly and professional. Rosette, who works in the Arnica office was also excellent. I would highly recommend Arnica for any HVAC work.
