Art fixed our Sub-Zero refrigerator unit and the difference is night and day because not only does it cool properly again but the temperature stays incredibly consistent throughout all sections, which means our produce and dairy last noticeably longer now
Our GE Monogram refrigerator door wasn't sealing properly causing frost buildup and Art replaced the worn gasket, realigned the entire door frame, adjusted the hinges and now it closes perfectly with that satisfying suction sound, great attention to detail!
Art was very helpful and honest in terms of the issue with my Subzero refrigerator. He was able to give me an accurate estimate of the timeline of when the new part was going to be ordered, arrive and the service completed. He was able to do some kind of quick fix to keep the fridge running until the new part arrived and we really appreciated that. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a technician for high-end brands like Subzero, Wolf or Thermador.
