9/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Experience was cool. However the manager ( Harrison )is very rude and unprofessional ! We did not receive or products that we paid $110 for. In this economy who has money to waste ? Plus an extra $50 because of a date mix up. The manager took my friend’s number and told her he would call in case we forgot to retrieve our product . When we returned to get our product it was still wet. They told us to come back. Called back to make sure they were dry and not to make another blank trip , and we were told our products were thrown away. Same guy that helped us was the same guy on the phone. He was dismissive , aggressive, and unprofessional! He stated that they” hold products for up to 48 hrs, and that he wasn’t going to go back and forth with us “. We were not informed of this time limit nor is it displayed on the website. If it is now , it has been changed . Don’t be fooled ! Don’t waste your money here! DO BETTER BLACK MAN smh!
I came in for my birthday this past Sunday, and really enjoyed myself. Harrison and Victoria were excellent. Complimentary shot for my bday and Harrison gave me some pointers on my painting. Overall 10/10 highly recommend
I took my boyfriend here for one of his birthday surprises. I rented out for a hour and 1/2 for glow in the dark package. Good price, Preston was very very nice to us and professional. Sadly we had to leave early for an emergency but we WILL be back. I Highly recommend this activity for your special people in your life.
We had so much fun! Getting to create with my family in a fun creative space. Harrison was totally awesome very good customer service. Would go back again.
Our experience at Art Urban Nashville’s Splash n Dash was quite underwhelming and did not align with our expectations based on how the event was advertised. We were under the impression that the activity would be similar to paintball—interactive and energetic—where participants could throw or shoot paint at one another. However, upon arrival, we found the space far too small to accommodate that type of experience safely or effectively. Instead, we were given canvases and only five watered-down paint colors that did not adhere well to the canvas. It felt more like a basic at-home art project than an immersive or engaging outing. Additionally, the provided body suits were clearly previously worn and not freshly cleaned or replaced between uses, which raised hygiene concerns. There were also no goggles or any form of eye protection offered, which seemed like a serious oversight given the potential for paint splashes. The idea behind Splash n Dash is creative and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the activity fell short in several key areas. With better preparation, clearer advertising, and more attention to safety and cleanliness, this could be a much more enjoyable experience. Overall, the experience felt poorly executed and not worth the cost. In the future, we’ll likely opt for a more structured and sanitary experience, such as a sip-and-paint event, rather than returning to this particular offering.
