I got my eyebrows and eyeliner done by Athena in 2021. I found her by a refferal from my friend's freind. This was the best decision ever! I was always afraid I'd end up with the off looking blue-ish tint my grandma and aunties have, but oh, was i wrong! I've been drawing in my eyebrows for several years already and can do my brows in just a few seconds. With Athena though, she carefully measured and mapped my brows to be symmetrical so have I have perfect eyebrows every day! In the mornings now, I can honesty say "I woke up like this" 🤩

Seven years ago, my experience with this business had a lot of emotional impact on me. Minnie did microblading on my eyebrows. I told her about my concerns. I wanted natural-looking, small, and obviously symmetrical eyebrows! I was in shock when she gave me the mirror. I was like, No, this is a joke, it can't be true! I couldn't believe she literally did what | asked her not to do. She made two big, unnatural, and ASYMMETRICAL eyebrows on my small face! I’m writing this review seven years later because I still have a little bit of that ugly, unprofessional tattoo on my eyebrows, which makes me sad. I wrote a review on their Yelp seven years ago, but they didn't even bother to reply.

I had the Nano Hair Stroke done on my brows and I could not be happier! I've never had great brows, and as I've aged, they've become much thinner and sparse - I was filling them in on a daily basis. I was very nervous about this procedure, but Athena had excellent reviews. I'm light skinned and blonde, and she did an excellent job. I now have very natural looking, filled-in brows and I am thrilled! You cannot tell I had anything "done." I waited until after I returned from a two-week vacation to have them done, because I was worried about the healing time. I could have easily done it the day before I left, because I had ZERO issues at all!! They looked great the very day of the procedure. I'm now in contact with Athena for another service, because I trust her so much!

Athena is very experienced and explains her process/reasoning well. For this reason she is typically firm with her recommendations which I appreciate. She did nano brow technique and shading with exceptional skill for my mother. My mother had a traumatic prior experience with eyebrow tattooing a decade ago that made her very anxious about trying anything again. Athena was able to guide her to get the results desired in the end. My mother is very happy with the results. Brows look very natural.

I waited several weeks after my appointments to write this so I can share the final results. My experience with Athena was great. She's patient, nice, and clearly good at what she does. I did eye brows, eye liner, and lips with her. She took her time during both first and touch up appointments to design, measure, and explain things to me. You can see in the collage pic, #1 is right after the first appointment. #2 is right before the touch up appointment so you can see almost 90% of the colors, especially in the eye brows, went away. #3 is after the touch up, and#4 as well as the other two pics are how things look now after another month. I'm really happy with the results. I've done permanent eye liner and brows before and they either faded right away or the shape was not what I wanted. I'm hoping the color will stay a while this time, and I really like Athena's design that really works with my face.
