I have friends from out of town planning a wedding for late September and we went for a tasting which ended up being a wonderful experience. Michael prepared an incredible array of delicious surf and turf foods from the appetizers to the mains. He used fresh ingredients that were presented beautifully, and he displayed a vast knowledge of all aspects of catering. He IS a professional and our friends' wedding well be in good hands when it comes to the food service!! We are all looking forward to it!!!

As You Wish is top notch in so many ways! We had a great experience working with Mike--he is very easy to communicate with and is super flexible. Their menu is simply AMAZING, truly don’t think you could go wrong with any of the choices. Our guests absolutely raved about the garlic mashed potatoes (more than 5 people said it was the best garlic mashed they had ever had)! 10/10 would use As You Wish again for any catering needs!

Mike is great and so easy to work with. We were so happy with the food at our wedding. We wanted to do a taco bar, and he and his team did an excellent job producing something that was fun and also delicious. We got so many compliments on the food. My dad said his only regret from the wedding is that he didn’t have time to get seconds!
