Both my ovens and and one of the stove top plates were not working. Technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issues. He then said he would order the parts and let me know when they came in. About a week later he came back with the parts and did a good job completing the repair. He made sure to test that each repair was working properly before he left. Would highly recommend.

I called ASAP based on a referral from a friend. So glad I did! Mike was able to come out the same day to repair my old Subzero refrigerator/freezer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Even more importantly, he was honest. It took a full 24 hours for the freezer to reach the correct temperature, which he told me when making the repair. I was concerned it wasn’t happening fast enough after 12 hours, so he came back to my house to check. Without my asking, he said he would hold the check another 48 hours until we were sure the repair worked. It did! I’ll be calling ASAP for any future appliance service.
Mike did an outstanding job on repairing my upright freezer. He also cleaned my refrigerator coils as well as deep cleaned my washer. He is an excellent repairman and I will certainly use his services again. Thanks to ASAP Appliance Service for hiring Mike. He will do an excellent job on any appliance!
Called Mike he came in to look at our 13 year old fridge Wednesday. He told us it was going to be a defrost thermo and just in case maybe the mother board. So he arrived Thursday morning prepared with all the parts and install it with no problems. Highly recommend. This is my second time doing business with him.
