I called and told them it didn’t seem like they sprayed and they told me they told me the best a very experienced employee. So, the yard was spayed on Tuesday and saw ants on Friday. Called on Monday and was told needed 2nd spray in order to guantee job. Last time I ever use them.

Very unprofessional, and very unethical people running this business. I had service done at my business, and I was told by the young associate that the service had a warranty. Well, to my surprise, the pesky roaches, not the associates, they were friendly people no attitude. The little critters were crawling around by the 3rd day. I let the poison set for another two weeks, but the problem grew. I called Asash, and I was discouraged when I was told they had no warranty, when the Asash employee told there was a warranty. Thank you Asash for taking my money. Have a great day. Sir, if you tell a client that the job has warranty, then you have to honor it, not go back on what you promised your customer. That's bad for business.
It would be awesome if the professionals have some sort of guidance as to what service is being provided. It is important to mention that we specified the insect we had a problem with at the time of scheduling the service. That would have been the perfect time to tell us “this service will bot deal with the problem you have we do however offer this other service that will deal with your problem.” But instead they provided a service that they knew would not deal with the problem. Once we called back because we still have the problem they try to charge a different service. This could have been avoided with honesty and integrity and you could have had another happy customer.
I have use the service for inside and outside on two of my properties. Great prices and fast service over the phone. One time i requested the service inside the house but was given a service window from 9am -2pm Not sure if that's every time since I've only gotten that service once but make sure you ask if that is still the case. Another time i had a driver park outside the property 10 minutes and never get off his truck, i called the office and the driver got off the truck stating that he saw a vehicle take off before he parked so he had assumed no one was home.
