If I could give a 0 rating I would. Will never buy from them again. Super rude and no one knows anything. Make exchanges extremely difficult.
My daughter and granddaughters love coming to Lincoln, Nebraska, and going to the Ashe and Ashe store at 6900 O Street to shop. However, we visited the store on 11/25/2023 and found several items the girls wanted for Christmas, which I bought. They found an item on the $5 sale rack and proceeded to buy it along with some other regular priced items. The girl (possibly the manager) who checked them out told them that item wasn’t for sale. It was not only on the sale rack, it had an official store tag with the marked down price on it. I offered to pay full price for it, but they said no, they didn’t want it anymore. At this point I’m not sure we will be shopping at Ashe and Ashe again. Just letting you know about this. I’ve always said one employee can ruin a business. When people love a store and receive this treatment, the desire to continue to do business there tends to disappear. I can only assume you would like your store to succeed. This is only one incident, but if things like this happen to many other customers, it could become challenging to keep your business reputation in the community. I hope you are able to get a handle on this. I would like to see your business succeed.
Stumbled across this boutique after a long day searching for a unique dress for a special occasion, and what a find! Very cute clothing options, though the prices are a little higher than I usually like to spend, but I'm not a big shopper, and I'm a fan of hunting down good deals. (I think they'd be considered high-mid priced?) The store is kind of tucked back off of O street, so it's easy to miss if you don't know it's there, but I'd say it's worth checking out! The people running it were very kind and helpful when I was there.
I had a great time shopping here! It has a really good selection and the staff is helpful. I came here to look for a dress for my college graduation and after some searching I found the perfect dress! It was hard to stay focused looking for dresses when they have so many cute clothes here. Really fun for just shopping or if you need something particular I recommend this store to my friends definitely give it a try!
