Over 10 years I’ve seen MeeshaKeena a few times and it’s always been such a healing and insightful experience. Recently I had the opportunity to meet with MeeshaKenna again, and it truly was an amazing experience. Healing on all levels, insight, and the fuel for growth. I cannot recommend MeeshaKenna enough!
I have attended MeeshaKeena’s sweat lodges for the last 6 months, I haven’t attended a sweat lodge before. It has been an interesting experience for me. I was nervous and apprehension at first, and then I had an amazing experience with MeeshaKeena and the other women in the lodge. I have learned a lot about myself, and I have been able to heal by attending the lodge. I highly recommend attending a sweat lodge with MeeshaKeena. It’s an amazing way to love and take care of yourself.💗💗💗
MeeshaKeena provided a beautiful, sacred space for the Community Sweat Lodge! The sweat experience was incredible, as there were participants who were experienced and lead with strong responses, and at the same time were open and receptive to "newbies," such as myself. I felt honored, respected and included, and look forward to returning again soon!
My appointment with MeeshaKeena was amazing. She was able to help heal my emotional blocks in one session than me having to go through many sessions with a therapist. Not to say a therapist is not needed; I just knew I had to meet (her) to move me through (my) process of healing a lot faster than had I not worked with MeeshaKeena. She is definitely a gifted Metaphysical healer. I would absolutely recommend her to my clients and friends!
I recently visited Michelle at Ashamenta to get some healing energy. I had an infected ear piercing that I was told needed antibiotics. I’m trying to build my gut health, so I really wanted to give my body the chance to heal itself. Michelle assessed my situation and performed a combination of Reiki and Prana with aromatherapy. I was amazed to find that the pain had eased considerably through the session! She sent me home with a custom tea to soak my ear in. It took two days for the swelling to go down, and another day for the piercing to stop draining, but I’m very happy with my results! The first picture is the day I went to Ashamenta, and the second picture is 4 days later. Thank you, Michelle!
