Always so happy with the service and the furniture. Been buying here exclusively for 3 years and have had ZERO issues. They take the time to help.out to find what I need, match prices if needed, helped with any claims on appliances, and just overall have been amazing. Great team!
Our experience with Ashley’s has been perfect- our salesman was great - informative and helpful- we appreciated Jenny keeping us up to date what was happening and when to expect delivery , which was right on time even considering the blizzard overnight! The delivery personnel were friendly and courteous and got the table set in no time! We were very pleased with the whole Ashley experience!! Thank you!!
Last week we visited Ashley Home Store, st. James street and from the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by ARSH SAHOTA. She is an excellent sales Associate —professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. We were looking to purchase living room furniture, and Arsh guided us through all the options with great care, helping us choose exactly what we needed without any pressure. Her customer service truly made our experience enjoyable and stress-free. She absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. Highly recommended! On Nov 15, 2025 I arrived at Ashley Store located at St, James Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. From the time I arrived at the store, I was treated as if I was one of their special guest! They were warm and genuine! Not just one but everyone that works at the store treats everyone with respect and offers every customer a coffee/tea or water while they are looking for what they like to buy! And they come back to check if a customer have any questions and then they help us out with all our questions in great details, offering several options based on one’s budget, preferences and interest! They know their stuff! This store have a flexible payment schedule for a year or so without interest and I take advantage of it to take immediate financial pressure off my shoulders and I got a good quality sofa set for a fair price! Of particular importance, it is worth mentioning my experience with three staff members, the store manager (Addis), and the sales agent (Mahmoud) and senior sales associate Brad), all of who are exceptionally professional, understand customer needs, ask good questions and listen to understand what I needed. Then they offer options without pressuring me to buy something that I wasn’t 100% certain! They are very patient with me answering all my questions and shown me all the options that matches my needs, budget and style! Throughout my interaction they have a smile on their face and they treat me with the utmost respect and professionalism! I am impressed with their customer service orientation! They are ready to help you out so check they out! I recommend everyone to visit this shop and experience the what I had experienced!
When shopping for a new Dining room table and chairs, my wife and I were super fussy and went to all the furniture dealers. The best experience was at Ashley. Shubham was super helpful and never hesitated to give us a little privacy so we could discuss our options. We purchased exactly what we wanted and are now waiting for delivery. We would highly recommend Ashley Furniture. UPDATE: OMG where to start... The salesman Shubham, was very professional and good to work with, however after the sale it all fell apart. 3 Weeks post sale they came to deliver the furniture and it was in terrible condition all the chairs were dirty as if they had been stored on a dirty warehouse floor for a year. I sent them back and called my rep who did nothing. I also called Customer care and they apologized and said they will send out a new set. Fast forward two weeks, and they came to deliver the exact same dirty filthy chairs they tried to pawn off on me the first time. I sent them back yet again. Fast forward another 2 weeks and the delivery came. Awesome! The chairs were clean!!! However the leaf on the table was completely sheard off at one end and one of the chairs had one leg shorter than the others and they tried to glue a small piece at the bottom to make up the height. The whole leg should have been replaced and finally I sat in one of the chairs and all four screws that were supposed to be holding the back just dropped out of the chair and onto the floor. The back and armrests were not held by anything. I had to send the entire order back yet again for a third time. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I though Ashley furniture was a high end furniture store and went there because I wanted quality and expected great service. Man was I wrong . I will never shop in that store again and do not recommend anyone shop there. Terrible experience UPDATE AGAIN: After Ashley saw my google review they asked if I would give them a fourth try to get it right. After a little convincing and a fair amount of cash off my bill I agreed. Rose the lady wanting to really help me out offered to stay with me for the remainder of the delivery experience. She arranged to have the delivery guys come to my home as well as a technician to assemble everything on site. Well the table was great, 5 of the chairs were in new condition however one had an issue from the manufacturer. Pablo the Technician offered to work his magic and proceeded to fix the issue right before my eyes. He did an amazing job and probably deserves a raise. His biggest concern was to make sure everything was in perfect condition and that I be happy with the results, which I was. I did not give 5 stars because of all the crap that we had to deal with to get here. But in the end Ashley came through and turned my frown upside down. Thanks Rose!
