Nathan is and was Amazing! I'm BIG on customer service and he delivered just that. I was greeted upon entry to the showroom floor. He listened, responded and was patient, he wasn't pushy like some sales associates. I knew exactly what I had come for, surprisingly it was less in the outlet than on the website and in the actual store, yea me!, right? The color was spot on, no differences due to lighting. I sat on the sofa, laid on the sofa and kind of moved from place to place on the sofa testing my comfort level in different positions for its durability, right? Needless to say, I purchased my green sofa and I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival.
