All staff were customer friendly, especially Mr Ray Medina who was the associate helping us that day. He was very patient in answering all questions and walking us through the store to show every option that matched our requirement. He also followed up with an email and phone calls to make sure our order was in place and took care of it. On the whole a very pleasant experience and thank you!
We had a great experience at this branch. We purchased several pieces of furniture for our home and are very happy with the quality, comfort, and wide selection. Special thanks to Vincent for his help—we truly enjoyed shopping at your store. Many thanks also to Bobby for giving us a great deal!
The sales rep was super nice and friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, the delivery team has been a nightmare to deal with. They apparently can only do deliveries Tuesday-Thursday. I’m sorry but what about people who have jobs? I’m not taking time for you to deliver the furniture that I paid for and paid delivery for. I paid for you to be able to deliver it to me when I’m home. Why should I accommodate them? They need to accommodate me, that’s the whole point of customer service. Everytime I call customer service, they are unhelpful and have zero solutions. I’m now just left frustrated and upset to the point of wanting to cancel my order completely. Because of this experience, would probably never order from Ashley again.
This is the worst company out there! I will NEVER do business with them again! After 4 delivery mess ups, 6+ visits to the store to try and have them correct the issue. They tell me the couch I selected no longer is made the way I purchased it and I have to select another couch. I was given the options and promised I would not pay another dime over that. In fact they would even do better than that. After patiently waiting for a month and a half I have to come back to the store, because they NEVER answer the phone or call back, just to tell me they want me to pay the difference in price for the couch I selected. Which keep in mind was the least expensive of the 4 choices. This is insane! I’ve always shopped with living spaces and now I know why. They would have NEVER done this to me nor have they. DO NOT, I WARN YOU, DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY SAN JOSE ON BLOSSOM HILL. Definitely do not have Ray as your sales person or let him take over for any sales person. He is the entire and only reason I am in this situation. You’ve been warned. Shop at your own risk.
The Ashley store in San Jose was so helpful and kind. My purchase went very easily. I got exactly what I wanted. The delivery man so efficient. They were quickly but carefully and were very respectful. I love my new couches.
