Ryan and Josh worked incredibly hard and diligently from the moment they arrived and explained what they were doing throughout the day. They were kind, courteous, patient and such hard workers. I am again incredibly grateful and very, very pleased.
Josh did a wonderful job. He checked out everything and explained everything to me and gave me my options. He talked a little fast but I realized that that was something that he could not control. Actually it made me pay more attention so that I could understand everything better. He seems very competent at his job and we would have no problem having him back in our home. He thoroughly checked the heating and electrical components, explained everything clearly, and was completely transparent about the system’s condition and potential future issues. Very pleased with At Your Service. Jason has provided maintenance for my units for the past two years. He is such a professional and really knows his stuff. I always learn something about my ductless units when he’s here, and feel very confident about the quality of his work. You can tell he really cares about what he does and that is sometimes rare these days. The installation crew was also very good. I hardly knew they were here and they were incredibly tidy. Highly recommend!
