I can’t say enough good things about this tax office! I recently had my yearly taxes completed here, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and even pleasant—which is not something I ever thought I’d say about taxes. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. They asked the right questions, found deductions I didn’t even know I qualified for, and made sure I felt confident about my return. Most importantly, they treated me like a person, not just another file on the desk. The turnaround was quick, the fees were very reasonable, and I walked out feeling completely at ease knowing my taxes were done right. Marcus is GREAT! We do our personal and business returns through him and he saves us money where we didn’t even know we could save. He’s very good at knowing the all the loopholes! Also we recently just bought a house and Marcus was VERY helpful getting us documents we needed for closing. 110% recommend!

Extremely dishonest and unreliable. They gave me multiple promised completion dates just to secure my business but never followed through. They showed no concern for filing on time and lacked transparency throughout the process. Despite having over two weeks to complete my return, they ignored all my calls and texts. It wasn’t until week three—after the tax deadline had already passed—that they finally sent a vague message saying “give us a call.” By that point, I had already gone to another provider who completed everything in just five days. Because of their delays and lack of communication, I ended up paying a penalty for late filing. I strongly recommend finding a more honest and professional service.

My husband and I were desperately looking for help with filing our taxes. We had trouble filing them last year,so we needed help with both last year and this years done. We decided on ATAX because we had read they were a family run business and it didn't hurt that they were just a few minutes away from home! We met with Lekia and Marcus.They were so friendly and helpful and we were so pleased with our refund ! They spent plenty of time with us and answered all our questions we had.
