I am thrilled to have found Athina Pilates Studio for my first experience with Pilates. Ahu the owner is very kind and a wonderful teacher. As an older beginner I've appreciated her attention to my form and her suggestions on changing the degree of difficulty to match my capacity. As well, the studio is calm with 8 reformers, giving the instructors a good opportunity to observe and attend to everyone in the class. I now love this form of exercise, because the studio and teaching style gives me confidence and enjoyment.

Started Reformer Pilates with Ahu three weeks ago (women only), and I’m enjoying it so much!! I wish I could go multiple times a week. Ahu is an incredible instructor - so patient, thoughtful, and genuinely caring about her clients’ well-being. She makes sure everyone has a great time while feeling comfortable. I absolutely love this studio! As a beginner, I was nervous to try reformer pilates, but had an amazing time starting at this studio. The beginner level classes are perfect and Ahu is a great instructor - I always feel comfortable, confident, & stronger leaving classes. I highly recommend this studio whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. The website has a variety of levels & classes throughout the week. Also, each class (even with the same titles) are very different, which surprised me in a good way — we work on all body parts like glutes, arms, legs, abs, pelvic, nothing goes untouched! I’ll continue to be back & recommending to my friends. Thanks Ahu!
Ahu is amazing! I’m completely new to Pilates, and in my very first class, she made sure I understood every movement clearly. She even modified some exercises to suit my body’s needs, which made me feel so supported. The class size is small—just perfect—so Ahu was able to give attention to everyone. Each beginner class lasts 50 minutes, but in that time, we managed to work on our legs, arms, core, and back muscles — a well-rounded session that left me feeling thoroughly engaged and energized.
