I called previously under old management and got a quick response, now I called them 7xs couldn't Even get a callback for an appt and informed them that I reside in another state. This place is poorly managed and I wouldn't waste my time shopping here!

I had been a customer there for several years. Way before the new management started. I spent tens of thousands of dollars there and knew many of the employees. The last time I went, I took the time to price my items and had them ship my order to my shop in New York. Long story short. One box of my order was mysteriously missing and never arrived. And it just so happened to be all the most expensive pieces. When I brought this up, I mentioned that I’m sure the box was stolen and they freaked out on me and banned me from ever coming back!! What?? So not only did I waste time and money, but now they are punishing me for being a victim of theft. The employees in the warehouse there work under harsh conditions. No air-conditioning, low pay and they aren’t even allowed to get clothes from there, so stealing is inevitable. Like I said, I had been a customer for a long time and was close to a lot of the old team members before new mgmt took over. Theft is super common. Now they are arrogant and the selection is mediocre at best. There are many many other wholesalers all over the world that have better quality and certainly better customer service. I’m super offended.

Gatekeepers. Dont waste your time with the manager Paul, he keeps all the good stuff for the big named store owners and resellers in the area. Will give you a junk variety when you get there
