The server was good. The biscuits were good. The strawberry jam was good. The sausage was just ok. The eggs were very good & the portion was generous. They put a lot of cheese on them. The cold brew was good. The cubano was good.
12/19/25 4:40pm Wow and wow We have never been here before and we are were so impressed. The young lady that seated us was friendly well dressed and professional and seated us right away. I didn’t catch her name and our waiter was Eli. Eli was spot on was a waiter besides that he was also friendly and professional. Our pizza came and we were amazed on the size of the pizza. We ordered the 27” pizza with pepperoni and sausage with red sauce. We needed 2 boxes for our leftovers. We will go back with friends to help us enjoy the pizza. The wings, burgers looked great. It was not packed and we waited 25 minutes for our food was great.
Super amazing restaurant outside view and sitting. Had those big pizza slices and Parmesan chicken wings absolutely scrumptious. Drink are also amazing. The place is also clean. Would love to visit again. Not to forget the outstanding service from the staff.
Sunday morning we had breakfast here before heading to Denver to catch our flight home. The breakfast was delicious! The service was pretty good considering it was right at opening time and getting pretty busy. The atmosphere was great, the Broncos game was on all tv screens. The restaurant was decorated for Halloween — it’s always nice to see restaurants in the holiday spirit! For our orders, I had the ‘Biscuits + Gravy’ and both my husband and daughter had ‘The Franklin’. I would definitely recommend this restaurant but make sure you come with your appetite!
This was our second time to Atomic Cowboy, first at this location. We were staying a couple of days in the Colorado Springs area and loved the bacon, chicken, and buscuit sandwich with maple syrup, we promised to go back someday. It was as good as tge first time. This was the morning of Labor Day and there was a huge crowd out the door, but the line moved so fast, it wasn't even an issue. Our server, she was awesome, and, although very busy, always checked on us. The sandwich was ginormous and was way too good. We loved bite of it. The cold brew was ice cold in a glass and tasted like perfection. We have recommended this place to friends who were traveling to Denver and they had the same experience. I only wish it was closer to our place.
