Unprofessional corporation that relies on technology to judge possible candidates instead of fulfilling their RSVPs they send out. Their AI program for their "hiring process" is a load of crap. They will send you an invite to an interview that they don't intend to actually proceed with and will choose and place someone else in the spot/time they RSVP you for.

Their process of hiring is based off an AI Program, not actually being viewed by a real person initially. They will RSVP you and then cancel last minute instead of having REAL PEOPLE look at the resumes before SENDING out an RSVP. That would be the professional way of hiring. Not relying on a computer program to render someone's value as a possible employee. Whether or not you guys admit it, you screw people over that you don't even realize would be an excellent candidate. Instead, you screw them over twice. Back to back.

I had one of the worst professional experiences of my life at this hiring agency. From the start, Josephine — the president of the company — was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering guidance or showing respect, she spoke down to me and made me feel completely unwelcome. To make matters worse, Jasmine, a staffing associate, was no help at all. She showed little interest in assisting me, failed to provide clear answers, and seemed more concerned with ending the conversation quickly than actually helping. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected, frustrated, and questioning how a company that treats people this way can claim to help them find work. I would never recommend this agency to anyone seeking employment — there are far better options out there where staff actually value and respect job Indeed will be so much better than these people
