ATX Bike Shop gave us the best customer service! Dylan truly knows his stuff and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and done right. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend asking for Dylan if you stop by!
These guys are clowns. Suggested I check the internet for bike parts. Don't waste your time. Frank- He did treat me like an an asshole so I let him Know. I asked a simple question and his response to my simple question was very short and sarcastic..."uh, the internet"... I was only dishing out what he was giving me and that's how the interaction went down. Had he not disrespected me, it never would have happened. I ended up calling the Peddler bike shop. AJ figured out a Burgtec axle would work just fine. It took him the same amount of time it took your guy to tell me he couldn't help me(within seconds). It's not that "niche" of an axle, after all.
Nice and knowledgable. They blow away the stereotype of snooty bike shop staff. Been using them for maintenance for a while and just bought a new bike from them. Great service from the whole team. Very impressed and pleased. They now sell Specialized brand as well.
We’ve been to 3 different bike shops in Austin and ATX Bikes was the best one imo. Super happy with the bike I got today. Dylan is hands dow the most amazing help. Super knowledgable and made us feel really confident about our purchase. Best service and awesome clean store with a big parking lot where you can test ride outside. No silly waiver to sign like other bike shops I went too. Would definitely trust this place with all my bike service.
This is officially my favorite neighborhood bicycle shop. Picked up a bike today and was greeted with amazing kindness. Kimmie helped set me up with the perfect bicycle. Was patient with me the whole time and got me set up with the right bike. The team is always super sweet and cool. Set and bike up and ready to ride within minutes. Will always recommend this shop to friends. Thanks again kimmie for setting me up right!
